WAIHOU WIN 11 TO SIX GOOD THIRD GRADE RUGBY SPORTING SPIRIT PREVAILS Another fine exhibition of thirdgrade football was to l>e seen in Herrie.- Park, Te Aroha, on Saturday afternoon, when Waihmi defeated Paeroa by 14 points to G. Of the six tries scored during the panw each one was the 'esult of fast open play, and both teams are to he congratulated on the fine exhibition and the sporting spirit which prevailed throughout. The teams lined out as follow:— Paeroa.—Martin. Kere, Chaney, Parker, Carlton, Prout, Milne, Masters, Harrison. Finlay, Turoa, O'Neill, Oldham. Pennell, Gallagher. Waihou.—Swney, Bu’ms, Gray. Eggleton (2), Voysey, Nitz. Gillon. Cooper. Young. O’Sullivan. Slight. Russell, Cross, McCabe.

Waihou played against a troublesome sun in the first spell and the visitors were not slow to swing into action. Play was carried deep into Waihou's territory.
