THEORY AND PRACTICAL. LOCAL SUCCESSES. The following candidates,, pupils of T; A. Moresby, L.A.8., L.T.C.L., LL.CM, were among those successful in the June Theory of Music examinations held in Te Aroha :—■ Preparatory Division.— William Parry, 92 marks; William Forrept, 79; . Ethel Findlay, 74; Lily Forrest, 65. In the practical examinations under Ronald Chambe,rla,in, Mus. Bac., held at Te Aroha in August, the following were successful: — Junior Division.-—Margaret Dean, 80 (honours). Intermediate. —Ethel Findlay, 75 ; Kathleen Waines, 64 ; Dorothy Towers, 63.
