WEDDING BELLS
The marriage was solemnised recently at St. John’s Church, Napier, of Sybil Mary, only daughter of the Rev. Canon TV. G. Williams and Mrs Wiliams, Napier Terrace, and the Rev. Samuel Edward Woods, of Ross, Second json of tfllie, Ri(ght Rev. E. S Woods, Bishop of Lichfield, England, and Mrs Woods. The ceremony was performed by Archbishop WestWatson, Primate of New Zealand, assisted [by ’the Right Rev. F. A. Bennett, Bishop of Aotearoa, • and the Rev. J. B. Brockleliurst, Dean of Waiapu. The bride wore a trained frock of deep magnolia French embossed cloque, and a long veil of cut tulle, 1 and as attended by Misses Mary'Rice; Jean Williams and Myra Williams. Scarlet velvet sashes, matching their scarlet satin shoes, their bouquets and the scarlet' rosebud's in 'their hair, trimmed ,their frocks of deep 'cream cliibon mounted on cream, and watered satin. Rev. Gerard. The Rev. and Airs S. E. John Wilson was best man, and the ushers were Rev. Merlin Davies ( Christchurch), Messrs David. Williams, Peter Williams, and John Woods will make their home at Ross.
