The judge, Mr Justice Reed, in re|erved judgment, .dismissed the appeal of Truth (New Zealand) Limited, against the conviction of Magistrate (Mr Page) on a charge of having an unregistered press. - Mr Reed said New Zealand law in respect to registration may be archaic, but that was a matter for the Legislature.
