PERJURY CHARGE

August H Upon it bei’nf?, revealed, in the course of the Crown case, that tin" accused had reason to believe that bank . deposits which were in question had been previously transferred to hi-** brother, charges of perjury against Nedo Radich failed in the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Ostler direc-t----ing the jury to return a verdict of not, guilty on all charges The charges arose out of judgment summons proceedings in the lower court, in which Radich swore he had no niorwy in the bank, whereas it subseauently transpired that he had a fixed deposit.
