SUIT BY 200,000 RAIDWAYMEN

MONTREAL, August 16

Following the ce-il'-ng of -a,strike ballot, returnable on September 1, representatives of 200,000 railwayman stated to-day that a suit would be entered for the recovery of all- wage,? kept by the companies under the ten per cent, cut instituted on February 1.

They claim that the wage agreement was violated. The strike ballot is an answer to the railways announcement of >a second.-’ ten per cent, cut.
