The Senate and Chamber at sittings to-day proclaimed Prince Carol King of ltoumania. Prince Carol assumes the title of Carol the Second. The Senate repealed the law of January, 1926, which ousted Carol.

Reports state that the boy, King Michael, was ignorant and unconcerned amidst the national excitement. His mother did not allow him to he told that Prince Carol was dead.
