The Takapuna .Jockey Club’s spring meeting concluded to-day in tine weather. The attendance was good. The totalisafcor took £33,022 10s, compared with £40,898 last year, the total for the two days being £75,522 10s, compared with £08,841 10s last year. Results :
Vauxhall Handicap.—(3) Diamond Queen 1. (2) Nassau Lady 2, (12) Biddy Comet 3. Won by a length ; second a length away. Time 1.33 3-5. Hawaii llighweight Handicap.—(3) Glen,a Bay 1, (3) Wendav 2, (5) Master Holley 3. "Won by three-quarters of a length ; a length. Time 2.31 2-5.
Stanley Handicap.—(l) Ducllona 1, (3) Roman Pearl 2, <5) Lucky Alice 3. Won by three lengths; third a length awav. Time 1.32.

FOR 0000 GUINEAS. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 3. The price paid for Chide, six thousand guineas, by T. O. Trantwoin of Sydney, is a record for New Zealand. He will be shipped to Sydney on Thursday.
