(United Service.) PAN-PACIFIC CONFERENCE. HONOLULU, Aug. 14. The Australian and New Zealand delegates participated prominently in the discussion on suffrage at the PanPacific Women’s Conference. Mns Rischhcith leading the discussion pointed out the desirability of utilising the existing political institutions, instead of attempting to create new ones. CAPTAIN COOK CELEBRATIONSHONOLULU. Aug. 14. The Honolulu Academy of Arts displayed a framed picture of Captain Cook’s ship with Cook’s photograph which Onrrnthers has presented to Hawaii on behalf of the Commonwealth. War Secretary Davis dined with the delegates. The British Consul, Pliilps, gives a luncheon to officials to-dav.
