At the Stadium Reg Trowern, 9.12, easily defeated George Pringle, 10.2, in eleven rounds, with a technical knock-out. Trowern took command of tho fight from the commencement and outclassed and outfought his opponent. After receiving punishment Pringle went down in the eleventh with a heavy smash to the jaw, and was in such a bad way that his second? skied the towel.
