Dr Radionl, Bishop of Goulhurn, in a presidential address to the Goulhurn Anglican Synod said that Anglican Bishop.- have revised the marriage and divorce regulations of 1902 to the effect that permission will not he given to either party guilty or innocent to remarry after a divorce while the other one is living.
