Poincaire, in an article in “Lo Matin” complains that instead of applying to Germany remedies provided in the treaty the Allies resorted to energetic notes and serious injunctions for over a year Germany had deceived us. Could not we inform Germany that the inter-AUied Commission will continue until it is certain that disarmament is complete and sincere.
