This year again very special attention has been paid to the public schools section; m fact, it is said to be the most comprehensive schedule that has ever been issued in the Dominion lhere are classes for writing and drawing, mapping, printing, painting sewmg essays, farm and garden, Boys' S3 *Y h 'Agricultural Clubs, and added for the first time this year is a forestry section, for which Messrs Syme and Co., Ltd., of Hawera, have donattnArry^handisOme shield, and the Forestry Department of the Government have donated 100 seedlings for competition.
