FRONTIER OUTRAGE

Lieutenant Webster, of the sappere' and miners' corps, was shot dead while engaged in road work. The murder is believed to have been cofrnmitted by an adherent of a wealthy klan who recently have shown active hostility to the British.
Arrangements afro, being completed f©r taking over the administration of Mabha State. The Sikhs, however, are agitating against the transfer of the power, and the Sikh League has- declared they will continue agitation till the Maharaja of Nabha has been reinstated.
