RjQME, July 17. Following .Signer Mussolini's remarkable oration, in winch >he hinted at a dissolution of the Chamber if the Electoral .Beform > Bill was obstructed, the Chamber passed -a vote of confidence in the Government by 303 votes to 130.
A niotfon approving the general principles of the Bill was adopted by 235 votes to 139. Seventy-seven members did not vote.—Ams.-U-Z. Cable Assn.'
