The Swis3 Government has received a Note from the Soviet, charging it with responsibility for the murder of Vorowsky. The Federal Council replied declining responsibity for the assassination and refusing the demands contained in the Russian Note, and declaring that the Russian delegation at Lausanne, not being of an official character, was not entitled to the privileges accorded to official delegations to the conference.—Reuter.
