SERIOUS SHOOTING ACCIDENT.
/ . vASHBURTON, Oct. ,16. A serious shooting accident occurred at Lismore on Sunway. John Percy Ashton, a single man, aged 21, was showing a seven-year-old lad, Geoffrey Sergent, how to hold a shotgun. The weapon was loaded, and when being lifted by the boy into position discharged, the shot entering Ashton's' throat. His condition is very critical.
