PARIS. April 27. M. Barthou points out tliat Mr Lolyd George's programme included a discussion of the possible sanctions of March 31 if the Reparations Commission notifies Germany's default. The view taken in Paris is that acceptance of the reparations sanctions prior to the end may likely seriously prejudice the commission's decision.
