Received Oct. 17, 9 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 15. A film company is engaged on the life of Lord Kitchener. It states that it has obtained a circumstantial account of his betrayal from an ex-official, formerly associated with him. An attractive womem named Boecker, who was frequently at West End restaurants, overheard officers mention his impending departure for Russia, and communicated with Germany. Boecker was subsequently detained in Holloway Prison, but ho evidence against her could be found; She now lives in Berlin.
