AFTER HOURS. Fredk. James, on a charge of having been on licensed premises after hours, was fined 10s and costs. TERRITORIALS CHARGED. Jack Brunette, on a charge of having failed to attend drill, was discharged. On similar charges R. H. F. Arrol and Alfred Otto were convicted and discharged. AFFILIATION CASE. j Evidence was taken in a case in which John de Castro, of Opunake, was charged with being the father of jan illegitimate child. The case will jbe heard in Wellington.
