IHe chief business at to-day's session of the International Socialist Conference was th c presidential addreis wherein the president referred to a probable social upheaval and the need *°* rf v? sion of he Peace treaties the Allied intervention in Russia, and the nationalisation of industry. Regarding Russia, Mr Henderson urged the conference to withdraw all support from these reactionary adventurers. . Mr Henderson expressed the belief that the railways, mines, and minerals in Britain would very shortly become public property. *
