."BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT BRISBANE, Aug. 4. The Government steamer Llewellyn j.is missing. She left Rockhampton for Ho wen with 40 tons of foodstuffs on -July 16. No news has been received " since. The Llewellyn was originally a pilot 6teamer, and carried eleven of a <crew and two passengers. A search was made by a steamer, -which reports that it found the beach ? \at St. Bee's Island strewn with the Llewellyn's wreckage, including a "iady'g nightdress.
