Kuratau, £3 lls 10d: .same v Billy Ngeru, £3 5s 9d;amev Para, £3 15s 9d; sa m© v. Hon 6 Rau££\T £1 14s Id; B. R. Long y. Mrs Wi N^era, £2 10s. In this case execution was limited to the separate estate of defendant. Judgment Summonses—Cyril Murch v. Poutakarua, £33 8s 8d; E. Morria v. Whareaitu, 51 Is. An order was made in each case for payment of amount in thirty days, otherwise imprisonment in New Plymouth Gaol for 30 days.
