In this case execution was limited to the separate estate of defendant. Judgment Summonses—Cyril Murch v. Poutakarua, £33 8s 8d; E. Morria v. Whareaitu, 51 Is. An order was made in each case for payment of amount in thirty days, otherwise imprisonment in New Plymouth Gaol for 30 days.
