POSITION OF FORMER GERMAN COLONIES.

In the House of Commons, replying to a question whether the former German colonies under mandates to Britain or the Dominions will be included as British, colonies and obtain, the'advantage of Imperial preference, Mr Bonar Law said that none of these territories would be colonies, but in certain cases, as, for example, South-West Africa and the Pacific Islands, they will ,be administered as integral portions of the -mandatory's territory.and share its advantages.
