ANOTHER GERMAN PRISONER SURRENDERED.
(BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, April 23. The Defence Department states that Martin Kock, another of the German escapees, returned to Featherston Camp to-day and gave himself up. Of the six men who escaped two are" still at large.
