FURTHER PARTICULARS. Our correspondent advises us that the*' total results are not yet available, bu4» sufficient has appeared lv our columiyP to show that it will be satisfactory and most creditable to the generous impulses of the Plains people. The following were successful in the raffles at the "Big Rally" at Manaia on Wednesday night; Morris chair, J, Dakers; camisole, Jas. Tavlor; nightdress. Miss McEwan; Mr White's bullock, Miss A. Franklin; case of pipes, A. G. Bennett; framed picture, L. Dawson; framed pictures. N. Lehmann; wardrobe-, Mrs Barr; bull, L. J. Hughes; camisole. J. M. Jamieson; costume. Mrs Kirk; eiderdown quilt Mrs A. L. Gilbert. _ I regret to state I omitted from the list of lady helpers in my last report the following: Manaia, Mesdames McIvor and Tail; Inaha, Mesdames Hickey and Arou. . An error appeared in the Manaia list evening crediting Jas. Bailey, £10 10s, for stock, whioh should have been credited to the Inaha list. Om> of the features of the procession was the "Dai-ky Troupe" and Tin Can Band. Mr T. Gardiner, of Manaia, excelled in the manner in which he 'impersonated the clown, also his band of comedians, who added greatly to the fun and enjoyment of the day's ontin<r which was annreciated 1)v all," especially by the children. The costumes were most original and the characters were well sustained.
