COPENHAGEN, May 27. The Tisza crisis has undergone a. significant change as most of the majority parties have joined Count Tisza, thus preventing the new Prime Minister from getting the support of the whole Ministry? snd he has, therefore, been compelled to dissolve Parliament. Workers are demonstrating at Budapest in favor of general suffrage.
