The Federal Committee that inquired into the causes of deatk and invalidity has submitted a report on the question of infantile mortality, and suggests remedial measures, including the organisation of a pure milk supply, baby and ante-natal clinics, and the teaching to growing girls of elementary knowledge of the hygiene of infant life.
