NEGOTIATIONS WITH ALLIES PROCEEDING.
REVISION OF WAR AIMS WANTED
LONDON, May 22. The Daily Express' Petrograd correspondent states that far-reaching negotiations are pending between Russia and the Allies upon the revision of the Allies' war aims, as outlined in the reply to President Wilson. M. Terestchencko (Minister for Finance) has formally discussed the matter with the Ambassador, pointing out that the Russian working classes^ while not desiring a separate peace, cannot support the present war programme, and require a revision of the {treaties.
