FOOD CRISIS DISCUSSED
REASSURING PROCLAMATION POSTED.
(Received Mar. 12, 9 a.m.) PETROGttAD, Mar. 11. Ihe Duma held a prolonged discussion on the food crisis. Women of the poorer classes carried out a hunger demonstration, marching through the streets and demanding bread. An official proclamation has been posted, stating that flour transports are arriving uninterruptedly, and bread supplies are assured.
