Evidence was given by Constable Perr^ that he nur^ chased a ticket from the defendant. y?ho said he was >the age-it, and could feet' a ticket at any titne. The defendant denied the sale of the tickejb; stating! that he had .not sold the,m fSf* ,six or seven; months. The Magistrate, Mr Widdbwson. intimated that he would consider the evidence, and would let it he fenown if he wanted any argument on the law.
