WELLINGTON, Jan. 28. A meeting of members of t the Wharf Laborers' Union, presided over by Mr F. Curtice, president of the old .Waterside Workers' Union, to-night carried resolutions censuring the executive of the new union for failing to call meetings, and calling upon1 them to convene a meeting to explain their conduct and tender their resignations.* Another resolution expressed regret at the "action of the executive in continually fostering a spirit of enmity between the old and new members of the union by the Press controversy over the question of preference.
