The Federatidrilql Labor Conference concerning strike patters, has been unable as yet to arrive at, any decision/ and is sittmgxagain to-day. As far as can be ascertained; the personnel of the conference is as follows: Messrs P. H. Hickey (secretary of the Federation), T. Dowgray. (acting-president of the Federation), E. Canham (president or the Auckland Waterside Workers' Union), G. Vqyce (of, Lyttelton, president of the transport section of the Federation), T. Armstrong, and Hunter (West Coast miners), F. Curtice (presiednt of the Wellington AVateiside Workers' Union), and Gavin Stove: While the seamen's intentions are not yet announced, it is believed that the men may bd found going back to work, as at Napier. It is stated that a number of the men have already indicated a desire to resume at one© independent of the result of the Federation of Labor conference. '
