DISASTROUS WRECK.
OTTAWA, Nov. 15
Wreckage on Bird Island rock, in the St. Lawrence river, indicates that the steam collier Bridgeport sank. Forty-two of the crew were drowned, and ten thousand tons of coal were lost.
