INDIANS IN SOUTH AFRICA.
CAPE TOWN, Nov. 14. The Press insist that there is not the smallest prospect of Indians achieving a^ repeat of the law by displays of violence. The newspaper Omsland hints that Parliament is pretty certain to permit each Indian to have one rifle.
