(Australasia^, infringing the; pajtent rights alleged to be held by the plaintiff company with respect to the automatic telephones proposed to be introduced into New Zealand bj the Western Company. The Crown- will be joined as respondents. The actioi is a sequel to the acceptance by the Government of the Western Company's tender for the installation of automatic exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Blenheim, Hamilton, Oamaru, and Maslerton.
