Messre Dalgetv and Co., Ltd., held their usual fortnightly sale "at their Wangauui East yards on Hfednesday, when a fair yarding of sheep and «attle. were submitted to a fait "attendance of "bkyers.! Bidding was brisk • throughout the sale, a»d all lines yarded were sold at auction. Prices •■were" as follows.: - .Sheep: On account of Mr G. F. Moore, a line of fart 'shorn ewes, 18s 2d; good mixed woolly hoggets, 17s 6d; medium do., 15s 6d; ewes with 100 per cent lambs, 23s 3d; mixed shorn sheep, 14s 6d. "Cattle : Fat cows ,£6 10s; fat and forward cows, good, £5 16s 6d; yearling steers, £3 Is; yearling heifers, £2 7s 6d.
