MILITARY SECRETS.
BERLIN, July 31. At the trial of seven military officials charged with selling secrets to Krupps, Lieutenant Milan admitted he had communicated secret information regarding competitors' prices to Krupps. He considered there could be no secrets between State and Krpups. He did not fear that Krupps would divulge the information to foreign Powers.
