He alleged that defendant propelled an aeroplane over a herd of cows, causing a stampede, in which two were killed. He further claimed that defendant broke into and entered on his land

A verdict for the plaintiff for the amount claimed was given. The second charge was disallowed.

As a result of yesterday's case Hart declares that aeroplaning is too risky. After filling existing engagements he will drop out of the game.
