(Received Jan. 20, 11.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, Jan. 19. Mr Bradbury has introduced a Bill into the Federal Parliament forbidding -defacing the "Union Jack or ensigns by the addition of letters or words, etc. The prohibition is directed against advertisers.
