LIEUTENANT TRENCH.
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT BERLIN, Jan. 19. Commandant Glatz states that Lieutenant Trench's attempt to commit suicide in his cell in the fortress, was due to a belief that he would not be permitted to continue in the army after his release.
