HORATIO BOTTOMLEY'S APPEAL CASE.

LONDON, July 31. The Court of Appeal dismissed Mr Horatio Bottomley's appeal against the decision of the Court awarding £57,----§35 to Mrs Curtis, money alleged to have been wrongfully obtained from R. Master, Mrs Curtis's father. Lord Justice Vaughan Williams dissented from the judgment, considering that Master was a mere gambler.

Lord Justice Moulton stated that Bottomley induced Master to purchase worthless shares in the John Bull Investment Company. Lord Justice Buckley agreed with Lord Justice Moulton.

Mr Bottomley will again appeal
