GERMANY IN THE PACIFIC. BY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT. SYDNEY, Oct. 31. Dr. Krause, who has charge of the branch of the German Colonial Department, which is concerned with Germany's colonies in the Pacific, has arrived here. He is proceeding to Samoa as acting-Chiet Justice. The object of his visit is that the Colonial Department shall get into touch with Pacific affairs. In an interview he stated that Germany is quite satisfied with, the possessions she aheady has in the Pacific, and there is no likelihood of any change of policy.
