MANAIA

(Before Messrs J. J. Campbell, T. A. ( Bridge, and T. Taylor, J's.P.) Cr. White was charged that on January 9, 1909, at Manaia, he did wilfully trespass on the premises of F. A. Richards, and neglected to leave such premises when warned to do so. Fined £5 and costs, and bound over to keep the peace for 12 months on Ua own recognisance of £10.

A. Archer, on a .similar charge, was fined £2 10s and coses.

A. Archer, . charged that he did maliciously break one door valued at ss, the property of F. A. Richards, was convicted and discharged.

C. Wansborough; also charged as the other two with trespass, etc., was fined £2 10s and costs.

C. Wansborough v. F. A. Richards. Defendant was charged that on January 4, 1909, at Manaia, he did unlawfully assault informant by striking him oil the head with a bottle, and pleaded not guilty. The information was dismissed.
