IN BANKRUPTCY.

A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Edward Hill, milter, Mangatoki, was to have been held on Wednesday afternoon, but lapsed as no creditors attended.

The statement of the bankrupt showed the principal unsecured creditors to be as follows: — Harwood £12. Mrs Wing Kee £21, G. and W. Jones £4, H. Crosby £4 10s. Perrott £6, White £8 6s, Midhirst; Finchmain £5, Toko; Adams £31, Tayler and Ob £3 ss. Revell £5, Dr Wake £6 Bs, Davidson £7 7s. Eltham; Dailey £3 ss, Hawera; Gatenby £9, Awabuna; total, £134 3s, 6d.

There were no secured creditors, and £10 for furniture comprised the assets.
