RECIPROCITY TREATY.

The Trade and Labor Council, while it supported the principle of reciprocity, protested against- the proposed treaty with Auefaralia, which, it alleges, would rain the wheat-growing and milling industries, and increase taxation by oumeceseaxily raising the duties on articles of daily consumptdon. i ■ _____
