Mr Justice Conolly allowed the appeals against the decision of the Magistrate in' two oases against Mr King, Registrar of .Rhetors, charged with re* ' fusing to enrol appellant?. The Magistrate dismissed' the' informations, but Mr Jos ice Conolly ruled that there should have .been convictions in both oaseß, though only a nominal fine and costs wtre allowed in one case.. '
