TTAWERA COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE is hereby given :— (1) That it is proposed to metal the Tempsky Road from the Ahipaipa Road to ihe Palmer Road ; thence the Palmer Road northward a distance of, say, 80 ohaine — that is to Mr F. BischofFs entrance gate— the whole being one continuous public work. (2) That for such purpose it is proposed to borrow the sum of £600 under the provisions of "The Government Loans to Looal Bodies Aot, 1886," and the amendments thereof, and to pay the cost of raising the loan and interest thereon for one year out of moneys to be borrowed. (8) That fts security for such loan it is proposed to pledge a speoial annual recurring rate of 1 8-Bfchs of a penny in the £, leviable for twenty-six years over the following properties, viz : the Eastern halves of Sections 74 and 76, Blook 8, Waimate; Sections 76, 77, 78, 79, the Southern half of Section 81, and Northern half of Section 82, Blook 4, Waimate ; and Sections 147, 148, and the Northern half of fieotion 158/ Blook 4, Waimate.
