LONDON, July 3.The Bank of New Zealand directors do not approve the removal of the head office, if it is intended to transfer it from London to Wellington. Tbe Bank of New Zealand has decided to issue the whole of tbe two millions, and is consulting Sir W. B. Perceval as to whether now or late in the autumn is likely to be the more favorable time.
