A LICENSE QUASHED.

DUNEDIN, July 4. Judge Williams delivered judgment in the Clutba wholesale license case, tbe motion being, for a writ to quash tbe license granted by Mr Hawkins in a j district where the prohibition vote was recorded, The judge w&b of opinion that ! section 14 prohibited granting this license, and he ordered writ to 'issue. Ten guineas costs allowed against MoKenzie, the person who was granted tbe license.
